More and more it is becoming a crime in America to speak out agains Homosexuals... Christians better wake up.
Michael Marcavage, director of Repent America, faces up to 15 months in jail and a $2,800 fine for reading from the Bible at his local borough council meeting. He is a resident of Lansdowne , Pennsylvania , which is the first community in Delaware County to have an open homosexual in public office. Michael attended the July 21st borough council meeting to share from the Bible his opposition to the council's agenda of attracting more homosexuals to Lansdowne. During the public comment/question period, Michael was ordered not to read from the Bible by the president of the council, who stated that God's Word is " hate speech ." Michael was then physically removed from the room and ordered out of the building. Prior to this, he was struck by one of the council members, and further assaulted by the Lansdowne police chief. After being told he is not being charged with any crime, Michael was telephoned the next day by the police chief and informed that he is being charged with "disrupting a public meeting" and "disorderly conduct."Note: And who was disorderly and disruptive and showing hate? But what else can you expect from a homosexual? But attacks against any and all who would disagree with them. It is sad that these people, a very small minority in any state or city (except a few as San Francisco) can get elected to any position when they are open about their sin. It is part of the corruption and wickedness that has taken over.
This story from Sweden tells how they view the issue: Note the bolded words of the homosexual in this issue. Is it not religious freedom to be able to preach the Word of God in your own pulpit in your own church without outsiders suing you over it? It's coming... If we don't wake up before it's too late, this will happen here... it is the direction we are headed.
SWEDISH PASTOR SENTENCED TO ONE MONTH'S JAIL FOR OFFENDING HOMOSEXUALS
Stockholm (ENI). A Swedish court has sentenced a pastor belonging to the Pentecostal movement in Sweden , Ake Green, to a month in prison, under a law against incitement, after he was found guilty of having offended homosexuals in a sermon. Soren Andersson, the president of the Swedish federation for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights (RFSL), said on hearing the sentence that religious freedom could never be used as a reason to offend people. "Therefore," he told journalists, "I cannot regard the sentence as an act of interference with freedom of religion." During a sermon in 2003, Green described homosexuality as "abnormal, a horrible cancerous tumour in the body of society". [ENI-30 June 2004]
